I was meaning to write something on this before I was forwarded this ADBUSTERS article [below] by fellow Projector dunny Spex. All these logger blogger's, electro re-mixes, and vintage fashion shops are starting to bug.. don't know why? Everything now is co-opted, it trickles all the way down and over or whatever and becomes so VANILLA. It's just this internetting world that we are ALL a part of.. there is nothing we can do. WTF.. or maybe I just got a case of the Monday's!

MY DATE WITH PARIS
By request, here is a post about my date with Paris Hilton circa 2001.
I asked her out one night when we met at Le Colonial (a once trendy Vietnamese restaurant and bar in Hollywood, California). She accepted and 2 nights later we went to Ago (Robert Deniro's restaurant). We had a great time, she looked HOT and was pretty cool actually. We drank some drinks, Vodka's I recall. In those days she was NOT famous at all yet. Everyone knew she was the daughter of Hilton, but this was long before her days of scandalous sex tapes, perfumes, prison sentences, and Banksy pranks. The date was pretty NORMAL actually, I got a good night kiss on the LIPS and dropped her off. The following day, for whatever reason I became obsessive about seeing her again. There was something about PARIS that was very intriguing, so I called her at like 10am (no answer).. 10:30am (no answer).. and this went on all day. I went NUTS. I finally caught her at about 8:30 in the evening and she was not happy with me. "You are the biggest loser in all of L.A. You have called me 18 times today! What the hell is your problem? I thought you were cool, but now I see you are just a fucking loser.. please never ever call me again!" Of course before she hung up, I got some licks in too.. "Well pick your phone up when it rings you dumb bitch, tell me NO, I really don't care, I just wanted to see you again, that's all, etc etc.." So that's it.. really not that interesting, but some laughs have been from this stupid little experience I once had in the City of Angels.
